Centria Autism is seeking passionate and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be patient, team-oriented, and physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, making it suitable for those new to the field.
