Centria Autism is seeking passionate and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must possess patience, teamwork abilities, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip new technicians effectively.
