Description

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client services under the supervision of a BCBA or BCBA-D, primarily implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols. The role involves collecting and communicating client data, supporting behavioral assessments and treatment protocols, using safe client handling procedures, attending team supervision and trainings, and completing daily unit support tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in behavioral programs for children with developmental disabilities, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office familiarity, and current or soon-to-be-obtained RBT, BLS, MCPP, and CITI credentials.
