DABS, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience to provide hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting progress data, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, transportation, and collaboration with families and clinical stakeholders. Candidates must hold active RBT certification, have experience with adults with developmental disabilities and severe challenging behaviors, and provide a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, insurance, CPR certification, and a recent TB test.
