New Patterns ABA FL is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician in Brooksville, Florida. The role provides one-on-one, home- and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under BCBA supervision, implements individualized treatment plans, collects client data, supports behavior interventions, and builds relationships with children and families. RBT certification is preferred but not required; reliable transportation and strong communication, organization, empathy, and time-management skills are sought.
