Achievements ABA Therapy is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. The role involves working under a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community-based interventions, collecting data using Rethink software, communicating with behavior analysts, and completing detailed progress notes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, possess a clear level-two background check, and ideally have experience with children, autism, or ABA.
