Description
GBE Alliance is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Tennessee and Kentucky. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed behavior plans, collecting session data, supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction, collaborating with multidisciplinary therapists and families, maintaining documentation and a safe clinic environment, and staying current through ongoing training. Candidates must hold or obtain RBT certification within 30 days, have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally have experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
