Description
GBE Alliance is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person ABA therapy services for children with autism, including implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting session data, supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and training parents/caregivers. The role requires current RBT certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred, plus strong communication and teamwork skills, background screening, and physical ability to perform active therapy duties in a clinic setting.
