Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role implements individualized behavior plans, collects client progress data, uses Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching, collaborates with BCBAs, and maintains a safe and engaging therapy environment. Applicants need active RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of ABA experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
