Description
Headway ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one behavioral therapy for patients in home, school, and community settings across North Carolina. The role involves implementing BCBA-directed treatment plans, collecting clinical data, communicating with BCBAs, families, and colleagues, maintaining RBT certification, and following BACB ethical and HIPAA requirements. Candidates must hold RBT certification, have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and automobile insurance; experience with children and Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred. Compensation is $18–$28 per hour, with PTO accrual, a paid RBT course, and professional development assistance.
