Hello ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings. The role includes teaching communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills; implementing behavior plans designed by a BCBA; tracking progress and collecting session data; and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and teammates. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a compassionate and dependable attitude, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance; RBT certification is preferred but not required because paid training and certification support are provided. The position offers $24–$34 per hour plus bonuses, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff.
