Description
The Registered Behavior Technician will work with individuals who have developmental disabilities, providing direct one-on-one therapy and implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Responsibilities include collecting data on targeted behaviors, collaborating with the treatment team, assisting with individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires RBT certification, experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, and the ability to work compassionately and professionally with people with developmental disabilities.
