Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey. The RBT will conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include collecting and recording data, collaborating with professionals, maintaining accurate records, assisting with scheduling, and guiding parents and caregivers.
