Description
Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track client progress, coach families, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. This role focuses on making meaningful differences in the lives of children by fostering positive change and supporting their overall well-being.
