Description

Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities. This role involves collecting and recording data, assisting in developing care plans, educating clients and families, maintaining medical records, collaborating with other professionals, providing support during therapy sessions, and participating in ongoing training.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively
Ability to educate clients and families about behavior management techniques
Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed medical records and care plans
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families
