Description

Intellistars ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities in achieving behavioral goals. The RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect data, develop care plans, educate families, maintain medical records, and collaborate with other professionals. This role requires knowledge of behavioral health principles, familiarity with HIPAA regulations, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, strong data collection skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
