Description
Intellistars ABA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to achieve behavioral goals and improve quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans, collecting data, assisting in care plan development, educating clients and families, maintaining medical records, collaborating with other professionals, providing support during therapy sessions, and participating in ongoing training.
