Description

Jade ABA Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral interventions and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes. The RBT will monitor and document progress, communicate updates to families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Psychology.
Experience in providing behavioral interventions and implementing ABA therapy.
RBT: 1 year
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with children with ASD.
Familiarity with crisis intervention, behavioral disorders, case management, and social services.
Proficiency in data collection and behavior modification strategies.
Understanding of developmental disabilities and child development principles.
Spanish language proficiency.
