Jade ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions in California, Maryland, specifically in Lexington Park and Great Mills. The role involves providing direct 1:1 therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, collaborating with families, and participating in professional development. The ideal candidate will have active RBT certification, experience working with children, particularly those with ASD, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently in home-based settings.
