Description
A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect behavioral data, teach communication and daily living skills, and support participants in achieving meaningful goals across various settings. This full-time position requires evening and weekend availability, with compensation varying depending on experience.
