Description
Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings such as home, school, or clinic. The RBT will implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress data, collaborate with families and colleagues, and maintain a positive therapeutic environment. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice transformation, fostering collaboration, personal growth, and client success.
