Description
Kids First is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Nassau County to work one-on-one with children and adults in home-based and clinic-based settings. The role implements treatment plans created by a BCBA Supervisor, prepares program materials, collects and manages data, supports parent training and clinical evaluations, and maintains RBT certification and HIPAA compliance. The position pays $24–30 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within three weeks, and 3–4 years of experience in direct ABA, challenging-behavior work, case management, and working with children or adults.
