Description
Kids First is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans, reporting client observations, maintaining safe and positive environments, and receiving remote or in-person supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Candidates need at least two years of ABA therapy or implementation experience, RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within three weeks, completion of the 40-hour RBT course, and the ability to work flexible part-time schedules. The position is available in the Amherst and Buffalo Metropolitan Area and pays $24–30 per hour.
