Kids First is hiring an in-home Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Hinesville, Georgia. The role involves working one-on-one with clients in home-based settings, implementing treatment plans created by a BCBA Supervisor, preparing program materials, collecting and managing data, supporting parent training and clinical evaluations, and maintaining certification and compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and company policies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, RBT certification or willingness to obtain it before the start date, experience working with children or adults, knowledge of challenging behaviors, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between homes.
