Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to clients. The RBT will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. This is a flexible, part-time position offering competitive hourly pay.
