MeBe is hiring a Behavior Technician to work at its Learning Center with children who have autism. The role involves implementing BCBAs’ treatment plans, teaching behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills, recording progress in Central Reach, supporting assessments, maintaining a safe and organized workplace, assisting with breaks and diaper changing, and collaborating with families and supervisors. The position requires consistent Monday-through-Friday availability, part-time shifts are available, and applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and obtain RBT and CPR/BLS certification. RBT certification is preferred, and compensation is $22–$27 per hour depending on experience and location.
