Registered Behavior Technician at New Patterns ABA

New Patterns ABA is looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join their team. The role involves implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing 1:1 therapy to clients in home and community-based settings, collecting and recording data, assisting in developing behavior intervention strategies, participating in team meetings, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and families.
