New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, assisting in strategy development, and building strong client-family relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with individuals with autism, possess current RBT certification, and demonstrate flexibility, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
