Description
SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in various settings such as home, school, or clinic. The RBT will implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress, collaborate with families and colleagues, and maintain a positive therapeutic environment. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, fostering collaboration, and contributing to client success.
