The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implements client-specific behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves delivering direct, face-to-face behavioral services, collecting data, and supporting clients in developing independent, age-appropriate skills. The RBT collaborates with clients, families, and treatment teams to promote skill generalization and reduce the need for ongoing services.
