Description
PediaPlex is hiring a full-time, entry-level Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA. The role provides direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism and individuals with developmental disabilities in clinic, home, or community settings; collects behavior data; follows intervention plans; documents progress; communicates with supervising BCBAs; and supports skill generalization. The position pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour, requires active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, and offers medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance for eligible full-time employees.
