Description

Skyward Spectrum is seeking a highly experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for clients in Appling, GA. The role involves delivering direct therapy, implementing treatment plans under supervision, collecting data, communicating with parents and supervisors, and attending meetings. The ideal candidate will have compassion, technological proficiency, personal transportation, and a clear background check.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 12+ months of ABA experience working with children with Autism
Experience working with challenging and aggressive behaviors, as well as mental health
Preferred Qualifications: RBT Certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days.
Experience working with children.
Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
Technological proficiency, familiar with Apple and/or Android devices.
Punctual, professional, and reliable.
Empathy, integrity, and a positive upbeat energy.
Personal means of transportation (willing to travel).
Clear background check and drug test.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Ability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
Ability to ascend/descend stairs/ladders for gross motor activities.
Ability to position oneself on the floor for engagement.
Experience or education in mental/behavioral health, social work, psychology, etc.
