Description

Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. The role involves providing direct therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, implementing treatment plans under supervision, collecting data, and communicating with parents and supervisors. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, technologically proficient, and experienced in working with children.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: Experience working with children.
6 months of ABA experience working with children with Autism.
Preferred Qualifications: RBT Certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days.
Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices.
Experience working with children.
Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability.
Empathy, integrity, and a positive upbeat energy.
Personal vehicle for traveling.
Passes a clear background check and drug test.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Ability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
Ability to ascend/descend stairs/ladders for gross motor activities.
Ability to position oneself on the floor for engagement.
Experience or education in mental/behavioral health, social work, or psychology.
