Solving Autism, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for its new Rock Hill, South Carolina clinic. The role provides individualized, one-on-one applied behavior analysis services for adolescents and young adults with high support needs, including skill building, data collection, community-based learning, job-readiness training, and independent-living development. The position uses positive reinforcement, neurodivergent-affirming practices, natural environment teaching, and discrete trial training. Paid training is available for new candidates, while all staff must complete requirements for RBT certification within 60–90 days; scheduling and hours depend on each client.
