Description

Symphony ABA Therapy in Springfield, VA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. The RBT will assist clients in daily living activities, monitor and document client behavior, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate clients and families, and uphold confidentiality standards.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BA.

Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately.
