Unlocking The Spectrum is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism in center-based, home-based, and/or community-based settings. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, communicating progress, and teaching communication, social, self-help, and behavior skills. A bachelor's degree in ABA or a related field and experience working with children with autism are preferred but not required; Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency and background-check eligibility are required.
