Description
The Registered Behavior Technician provides one-on-one and small-group behavior therapy to students with autism spectrum disorder ages 3–22 at Youngstown State University’s Rich Center for Autism. The role implements Applied Behavior Analysis interventions, follows individualized treatment plans, collects and reports session data, communicates progress with families, collaborates with the behavior department, and supports assessments and training. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of related experience, and RBT certification within 90 days of hire; the position is based in Youngstown and is not eligible for sponsorship.
