Description
New Patterns ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in home, school, and community settings. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting client progress data, developing behavior intervention strategies, and supporting clients and families. Current RBT certification is preferred but not required; experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, communication skills, patience, empathy, organization, and comfort working with diverse families are sought. The position offers $22–$28 per hour, flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
