BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in clients’ homes in Surprise, Arizona. The role supports children with autism or developmental delays by building daily living, communication, independence, and confidence; following BCBA-designed treatment plans; tracking progress; collaborating with supervisors and other technicians; and providing feedback to families. The position offers flexible afternoon and evening hours, $21–$26 per hour based on experience, and health, dental, vision, and group life insurance for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
