Description
Seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting client data, supporting behavior intervention strategies, participating in team meetings and training, and maintaining supportive relationships with clients and families. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with RBT certification and experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred, along with strong communication, organization, empathy, and reliable transportation.
