Beyou Behavior Therapy is hiring an in-person Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role implements individualized treatment plans, teaches skills, reduces challenging behaviors, collects behavioral data, documents sessions, supports caregivers, and collaborates with clinical teams. Candidates need current RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of ABA principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
