Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting client data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates must have an active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, at least six months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
