Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting progress data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates must have an active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, at least six months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
