Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Brookdale, California, working Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The role provides one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in homes, clinics, or schools, implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates need an active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, and six months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Compensation is $24–$25, with mileage reimbursement and other benefits.
