Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting client data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates must have an active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, and six months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities. The position pays $24–$25 and offers a $150 onboarding bonus, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and benefits for employees working 30+ hours per week.
