Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a full-time, center-based Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct one-on-one and group ABA therapy for young children with autism. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording client behavior data, assisting with parent training, maintaining documentation, communicating progress, and supporting safe client interactions. Candidates must hold current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and an annual tuberculosis test. The position pays $18-$23 per hour and includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, an uncapped structured pay plan, tuition discounts, and a practicum program.
