Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role includes delivering individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions, collecting and recording client data, supporting parent and caregiver training, maintaining documentation, communicating progress, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain RBT certification, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and meet the physical and reliability requirements; the pay range is $18-$25 with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
