Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting real-time clinical data, collaborating with supervising BCBAs and families, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment. Applicants need an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills; experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
