Behavioral Framework is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a stable, three-day-per-week schedule at its flagship clinic in Rockville, Maryland. The role provides ABA therapy in a clinic setting, implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects data, completes progress notes, collaborates with a BCBA supervisor, and supports children in developing life and social skills. Requirements include experience working with children with special needs, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, physical ability to perform active therapy, and access to a smartphone, Zoom, and email. The position offers bonuses, ongoing monetary incentives, free virtual medical care, year-round employment, and growth opportunities, with pay of $23-$24 per hour depending on the shift.
