Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Complex Behavior to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents up to age 21 with high-intensity complex behaviors. Under BCBA or BCBA-D supervision, the role implements behavioral protocols, collects and graphs behavior data, assists with functional assessments and treatment, supports caregiver training, uses crisis-prevention procedures, and completes related unit duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no prior experience is required, while a related bachelor’s degree and behavioral-program experience are preferred. Required certifications include BLS through the American Heart Association, RBT, Marcus Crisis Prevention Program Tier Five, and CITI training within specified employment timelines.
